The Berkshires Arts Festival now entering its 18th year, taking place on July 5,6,7 at Ski Butternut, is ranked as one of the top ten cultural hot spots by the Berkshires Visitors Bureau. This year we will produce a beautiful, glossy show guide that is a targeted results oriented advertising vehicle that will be in the hands of thousands of your potential customers.
Our weekend attendance is between 5,000-6,000 people who pay $14.00 admission. The total sales for our 175 artists in the show is around $350,000 over the weekend.
These are your customers. There is no other promotional piece available, a such a nominal cost, that is actuary placed in the hands of 5,000 guests who could become your next best customer.
In addition there will be another 5,000 show guides distributed throughout the Berkshires at key locations two weeks before the show. Each year we spend over $30,000 advertising the show. Our artists come from every region of the country to meet our art buying guests.
Of the 5,000+ people who come every year, 60% are not considered to be locals. They come from Albany, West Springfield, Northampton, Connecticut and of course NY, NJ and its suburbs.
Our show guide will be a resource for our visitors for many months after the show.
